SC «KREMENCHUK STEEL WORKS» has a privately owned dormitory for bachelors and families. The dormitory is located in a 9-storey brick building with a living area of 3114 m² and consists of 2 buildings.

Families live in sections consisting of 4 rooms equipped with a washbasin and toilet. For bachelors, the dormitory has cosy furnished rooms for 2-3 people, centralised heating, water supply, and its own boiler for heating water on a daily basis.

There is an additional shower for residents, and the lobby of the dormitory is clean and cosy.

The company’s management is sympathetic to the needs of the plant’s employees and guests living in the dormitory, pays much attention to housing and domestic problems, and always provides assistance in their timely resolution. The dormitory is serviced by a separate staff to ensure that residents live comfortably.

The building and common areas are maintained by a janitor, a plumber, an electrician, a castellan, a washing machine operator, cleaners and other employees.
